前陣子，法國品牌Louis Vuitton母公司LVMH傳出收購美國珠寶品牌Tiffany&Co.的新聞引起各大媒體議論紛紛。近日，集團LVMH宣佈正式以162億美元收購珠寶品牌Tiffany&Co.，這會成為集團歷史上收購規模最大的一筆交易，拓展了集團珠寶界的版圖，鞏固了其奢侈品霸主的地位。

Louis Vuitton母公司LVMH早前傳出擬以145億美元收購品牌Tiffany&Co.，然而遭到拒絕的新聞，受到各界關注和熱烈討論。一個月的過去，集團LVMH正式宣佈以162億美元收購Tiffany & Co.，這大規模的交易更是超越了2017年L集團以70億美元收購Christian Dior的交易規模。集團旗下已有Bulgari與Chaumet等珠寶品牌，這次的交易無疑會加強了集團LVMH的珠寶王國的版圖，讓人期待Tiffany&Co.日後會有什麼新景象？

⌚️ With its new production facility in Saignelégier (Switzerland), inaugurated last November 8th, Bvlgari brings together all watchmaking exterior component skills (case, bracelet and dial-making) under one single roof. Until now, the production of watchmaking had been spread between Le Sentier, for mechanical movements, Saignelégier, for cases and bracelets, and La Chaux-de-Fonds for dials.
